At the Municipal Airport in LaCrosse, Wis. a landing tower employee made the call possibly saving the lives of these passengers.
B.)Three years ago, a boy of Brick Township, New Jersey went missing.
Thursday night the seven-year old boy was found due to an observant neighbor. The neighbor was watching the movie Adam: The Song Continues and recognized the picture of the boy shown at the end and called the police. The mother of the seven-year old is now facing charges of kidnapping and interfering with a custody warrant.

a) I'd start with the 40 passengers being evacuated, then say it was because of the smoke. Cut the "possibly saving lives" part -- readers can figure that out on their own -- but include the location in your lead.
ReplyDeleteb) I like this: nice style and flow. But you're making one assumption that may not be correct. We know the boy was found in Brick Township, but we don't know if that's also where he went missing. P.S. It should be "7-year-old."
